Summer Body Contouring
Only a few people feel entirely confident when showing their body in swimwear – most experience at least some degree of worry or discomfort. Even with regular exercise and a healthy diet, certain fat deposits remain stubborn and persistent. Excess fat on the hips, thighs or lower back can be used as valuable donor fat for natural breast augmentation. With VASER liposuction, body sculpting and breast enlargement can be achieved in a single procedure. Step into summer confident and carefree.
Despite regular training and healthy eating habits, some fat deposits remain resistant and cannot be eliminated.
The most persistent are those on the lower back, inner thighs and knees, as well as on the hips.
VASER liposuction enables precise fat removal and body contouring with fewer bruises and faster recovery.
Between 30 to 80% of the injected fat permanently survives at the grafted site; the remaining fat cells are naturally reabsorbed.
Transferred fat cells take on the characteristics of the tissue into which they were placed. With weight gain, grafted cells increase accordingly – and vice versa.
Breast augmentation depends on the amount of fat harvested through liposuction and on the elasticity of the breast skin. The more elastic the skin, the more fat can be safely transferred.
In men, we can very precisely sculpt trunk fat, accentuate the underlying abdominal muscles, remove lower-back fat pads and abdominal fat, and create a more masculine silhouette.
A comprehensive preoperative consultation, precise measurements, and a detailed discussion regarding expectations are essential in planning VASER body contouring and fat-transfer breast augmentation.
The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and lasts 2 to 4 hours.
After 8 to 12 hours of postoperative monitoring, the patient may return home.
Daily activities can usually be resumed with minimal limitations within a few days.
For 4 to 6 weeks after surgery, we recommend wearing a sports bra and compression garments and gradually increasing physical activity.
Transferred fat does not affect breastfeeding and does not interfere with breast imaging techniques.
Are any tests required before fat-transfer breast augmentation?
Yes. Patients must undergo a breast ultrasound and mammography prior to the procedure, as these imaging studies serve as a baseline for future monitoring of grafted fat. Mammography is repeated one year after the procedure. Details of the surgical process are discussed during the consultation.
When is the best time to undergo the procedure?
The ideal timing is winter or early spring, when wearing compression garments is least inconvenient. The breasts soften within 6 to 8 weeks, and full physical activity is allowed at that time. We recommend scheduling the procedure at least one month before a planned holiday to ensure a relaxed and active vacation. After four weeks, compression garments are no longer required.
Despite this, we increasingly see patients choosing summer appointments – this is often when they finally have time to focus on themselves, and recovery during vacation periods is more discreet.
How long does the result of fat-transfer breast augmentation last?
Fat is transplanted in a way that ensures a permanent and natural volume increase. During the first month, swelling gradually subsides and the body eliminates the fat cells that did not survive. By two to three months, the final result becomes visible. The outcome of fat-transfer breast augmentation is permanent.
